JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join an established external sales team and take ownership of customers across the Free State & Northern Cape.

🔹 WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING

• Service and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Visit customers regularly throughout your territory
• Identify new business and sales opportunities
• Promote and sell the full product range
• Grow sales and achieve monthly & annual targets
• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries
• Provide customers with product information and pricing
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends
• Provide regular feedback to management
• Assist with promotions and other sales initiatives

🔹 WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Grade 12 / Matric
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence & your own vehicle
✔ Previous sales, merchandising or customer service experience is an advantage
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills
✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
✔ Target-driven, confident and enthusiastic
✔ Well-presented and professional
✔ Willing to travel extensively throughout the Free State & Northern Cape
✔ Resilient and able to handle rejection
✔ Eager to learn and grow within a sales environment

💰 ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE

Basic Salary: R22,000 per month
Car Allowance: R10,000 per month
Cell Phone Allowance: R1,000 per month
Quarterly Incentive
Tyres & Vehicle Servicing
