POSITION INFO:

Empower our finance team by joining a reputable organization committed to operational excellence and reliable financial management. This is a prime opportunity for a dedicated finance professional to play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business growth.

What You'll Do:

Capture, post, and allocate financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes to clients
Assist with creditors reconciliations and allocations
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations
Support monthly financial reporting activities such as expense reports, asset updates, and stocktakes
Prepare financial documents for banks and other institutions
Undertake other financial tasks as required

Requirements:

Matric qualification
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Recent experience with Pastel or Sage (Evolution) for at least 2 years
Strong management, reliability, and accuracy skills
Knowledge of RPE (Revenue Protection Equipment) is advantageous

Familiarity with the following:

Financial reporting software and accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Benefits:
