We have an exciting new vacancy for a Administrative Personal Assistant for a company within the automotive industry in Pretoria.

Duties:

Administrative tasks performed for the dealership; Invoicing of vehicles, handing of stationary. Acting as Personal assistant to Director.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as an Invoice Clerk or Administrative assistant.
Must have experience in the motor industry.
Knowledge of automotive systems like Automate, Evolve, Kerridge etc.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Grade 12/Matric.
Clear criminal record.
Valid driver's license.
