POSITION INFO:
Our Client, Electrical Wholesalers, are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg.

Minimum Qualification & Competencies:

Valid Matric certificate
Minimum two years sales experience in the Cable, Electrical and Wholesale industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Understanding of technical and electrical products
Strategic planning and organization skills

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
Establish relationships with new- and existing customers
Identifying sales opportunities and market trends
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Provide an Internal support function to External sales representatives
Processing of sales orders and quotations, arranging logistics
