SUMMARY:
We arerecruiting for a confident, organised and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to manage orders, support External Sales Representatives and liaise across departments.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders from receipt through to invoicing.
Liaise with warehousing, factory and administration teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Follow up on backorders and provide feedback to clients.
Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle incoming telephone calls, predominantly sales-related.
Provide sales and administrative support to a team of External Sales Representatives.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Access and process orders via various customer e-platforms.
Perform general office administration as required.
Process transactions on SAGE 300 – advantageous.
Work independently while reporting to the Internal Office Manager.

Requirements

Previous Internal Sales / Sales Administration experience.
Experience in an industrial environment; industrial lighting experience is a definite advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Strong Word and Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence essential.
Proven SAGE 300 experience
