Our client in the refrigeration industry is seeking to employ an Internal Sales Representative to join their team based in Boksburg.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric.
Minimum 3 years' technical or sales industry-related experience within the refrigeration industry.
Refrigeration product knowledge is advantageous.
Technical industry knowledge with existing networks in the industry.
Basic business acumen and understanding of how business works.
Customer service skills.
Hands-on technical ability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and call-in customers, accurately identifying their product needs.
Inform customers of the product range and convince customers to purchase products.
Educate customers on products, services and warranties offered.
Promote the product range and support branch sales.
Keep up to date with market trends by analysing the market.
Prepare and maintain reports.
Report directly to the Branch Manager.
