Our client is a well-established South African manufacturer specialising in fuel storage, fuel handling, and pumping solutions. They supply high-quality products and services to commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, delivering innovative fuel management solutions while maintaining a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, liaising with customers regarding technical requirements, monitoring project progress, coordinating with production and engineering teams, maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing product support, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum Grade 12; relevant Sales, Engineering, or technical qualification advantageous.
3-5 years' internal sales experience within fuel systems, pumps, tanks, petrochemical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret customer requirements.
Experience with quotations, tenders, order processing, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, administration, and problem-solving skills.
