IT Support Technician

Your role will be centered on Installing, configuring monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems and networks. Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Grade 12 Minimum and a Relevant IT qualification (Diploma / BCom / BTech / BSc) in IT, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Microsoft Administrator and System Architect role-based certifications advantageous
• Minimum 5 years IT related experience (Technician or Network Administrator)
• Related experience in the transport industry would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of: VMware products, VoIP systems, Microsoft Core infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange
