Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
A relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or similar) advantageous
Working experience in an IT support / helpdesk role
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, general networking and hardware troubleshooting
Own transport advantageous

Responsibilities

IT Support

Provide first-line IT support to staff across the firm's offices, resolving hardware, software and network issues
Set up and maintain workstations, printers and other office IT equipment
Manage user accounts, email setup and access permissions
Liaise with external IT service providers on more complex issues or system upgrades
Maintain basic cybersecurity hygiene (backups, antivirus, password policies)
Keep an inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements

Able to work independently and manage own time across two distinct areas of responsibility
