POSITION INFO:
The Company:

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up desktop computers and securely install new business operating systems daily.
Fix local area networks and safely resolve busy client Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Run active antivirus tools to proactively remove digital threats from client networks.
Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cloud accounts for local business clients.
Record all active technical support work accurately in the internal ticketing system.

Experience & Qualifications:

You strictly need a completed National Diploma in Information Technology.
You must possess current CompTIA A+ and Network+ technical certifications.
You need a valid Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
You must show proven daily experience fixing desktop hardware and business software.
You need a strong proven ability to resolve complex technical issues remotely.
