POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably experienced INTERNAL SALESPERSON for a large concern, position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

!PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Relevant sales or customer service qualification an added advantage.

2yrs+ previous working experience in an internal sales role (preferably in the IT industry).

Competent skills in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Sales targets achieved or exceeded.

Lead-to-sale conversion rate.

Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Accuracy and timeliness of order processing and quotes.

Sales and customer management.

Order processing and administration.

Support to external sales team.

Product and market knowledge.

Person will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting the field sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
