Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage housekeeping schedules and staff allocations.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and ordering of housekeeping supplies.
• Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
