Weâre looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support at the Head Office and regional branch offices.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Provide daily IT hardware and software support for users across branches
Support systems such as Vision, Workstations, Backup, Printing, basic networking & Microsoft applications
Assist operational teams with WMS, Office 365, Antivirus, Windows, and branch POS/Back Office (Vision Pro) systems
Monitor ICT infrastructure and ensure speedy troubleshooting & resolution
Maintain and update the Asset Register, user configurations, and technical documentation
Deploy and maintain Firewall and network configurations
Ensure compliance with IT standards, change control practices, and security protocols

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with Mathematics
2+ yearsâ experience in IT system setup and configuration
L1 level knowledge in:

LAN, WAN, Wireless
Office 365
Active Directory
Phones & Printers
Remote Support
Hardware & Software maintenance

Solid understanding of Microsoft environments, endpoint security, and desktop support
Strong client interaction experience

Skills & Attributes:

An excellent communicator (written & verbal)
Analytical with strong problem-solving ability
Highly organised with flawless attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive with strong ownership and follow-up skills
A team player with good interpersonal skills
