Ideal opportunity for HR candidate to demonstrate excellent HR skills. You will assist in taking the HR department forward into the current climate with a refresh of the current operations and systems in place.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the HR Officer/Clerk, you will work alongside the CEO and Financial Director in order to create, monitor and sustain policies and procedures around the HR and payroll processing for the company.

Requirements:

Matric with an HR qualification
At least 5 years experience in an HR-related space
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice
Strong computer skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00
Position in Southern Suburbs of Cape Town

Duties:

Compile Employee Reports and Policies and Procedures
Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Processing of Payroll and Provident fund
Manage all payroll support
Process, verify and maintain personnel documentation and records
Management of leave
Assist in Arranging Training Activities
Law - manage risk by being compliant with RSA labour laws and recommendations
Conflict resolution and working environment
Ad hoc HR administration duties
