An exciting opportunity is available for a capable, proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator to join a busy HR department in Cape Town.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can confidently manage everything from employee administration and reporting to recruitment coordination, onboarding, graduate programmes and employee-engagement initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and correspondence.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
Support Candidate Attorney, Vacation Work and graduate programmes.
Assist with training records, career fairs and campus recruitment.
Coordinate wellness initiatives, staff events and HR projects.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Relevant HR qualification advantageous.
2â3 yearsâ HR administration experience.
Professional-services or legal-sector experience advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
HRIS experience advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
Able to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
