SUMMARY:
HR Assistant Manager
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a structured, high-performance corporate environment and is confident managing multiple HR functions across different business entities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily HR Operations Administration
Handle payroll processes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain and manage HR data, reporting, and employee records
Support Employee Relations, staff engagement, and internal communications
Coordinate and drive various HR projects and initiatives
Provide Corporate Administration Support across multiple business entities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and corporate standards
Liaise professionally with management and employees at all levels
Support executive management within a disciplined and professional corporate culture

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and HR Data Management
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Strong understanding of employee relations and corporate communication
Experience supporting multiple business entities or divisions
Professional communication skills with strong corporate etiquette and mannerisms
Ability to work effectively in a structured, executive-driven environment
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
