SUMMARY:
JHB - Exciting Opportunity for an HR Assistant to join the fast paced HR Team of a progressive, specialized training organisation based in Northern Suburbs of JHB.

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a progressive training company specialising in compliance training within the financial services sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee records, training administration, payroll support, and general HR processes.

Please note that this is a fast-paced environment that would suit an individual with above average energy levels and excellent communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
1–2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role advantageous
Basic understanding of HR processes and labour legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

HR administration and employee record management
Recruitment coordination and onboarding support
Assisting with payroll and HR processes
Training and development administration
General HR support and reporting
