HR Administrator - Boland Region- R17,000-R20,000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR Administrator - Boland Region- R17,000-R20,000 per month

 

This role will include collecting employee payroll dates & timesheets for processing of payslips, verifying employees'' work hours and payment through the payroll system, issuing deductions, and updating payroll records regularly.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of payroll, administration, and clerical procedures
  • Must be willing to work public holidays and overtime when it is bi-weekly wage pay runs

 

Responsibilities:

HR

  • Maintaining a database of Employees on Ecotime daily
  • Recording and maintaining confidential records and files
  • Processing employee timesheets and leave forms on Ecotime daily
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is signed by Management 
  • Create Excel spreadsheets for recruits and send them to VIP
  • Create Leave Imports for payroll processing daily and send to VIP 
  • Daily time and attendance for employees (Zone Marshall)
  • Responding to payroll inquiries and concerns from employees
  • VIP Reports – Answer all questions relating to reports and provide data.
  • Answer questions from and act as a liaison between the HR Officer and employees, should the HR Officer be unavailable 
  • Communicating with Ecotime when experiencing system issues
  • Responsible for the processing of payroll hours, rectifying errors
  • Inspecting employee daily hours to check for any unseen errors to limit the possibility of queries 
  • Send Excel spreadsheets to FHBC each bi-weekly pay cycle
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams for wage payments, should there be any outstanding wage payments
  • Compiling documents for outstanding payments and obtaining authorization from relevant officials
  • Submit to finance department for payment
  • Handling of pay queries
  • Providing and finalizing reports related to employee daily hours

 

Finance

  • Completing forms (credit applications) following company procedures
  • Keeping record of all documents send and copied
  • Dealing with courier services (completing waybills)
  • Following up on office-related courier deliveries
  • Assisting with logistical matters
  • Assist the Finance team with Supplier information
  • Responsible for uploading IODs
