JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

       Administration:
  • Performing general office duties (HR filing and implementing filing system).
  • Arranging payments for various invoices.
  • Submission of information for Internal Newsletter to Marketing   
  • Compiling and reviewing Access Reports
  • Taking and distributing minutes for HR and committee meetings
  • Initiate, administer and supervise the effective, efficient, and flexible administration of the training events, Staff Induction, bookings, and HR system, ensuring all training events and data are recorded on the HR Information System for both individual members of staff, and for the company.
  • Consult with the Group Talent Manager to ensure all staff development activities are Planned and booked within the appropriate timeframes prior to events.
  • Supervise the logistics of training events e.g. room booked, catering if required, preparation of the register, supporting materials, etc.
  • Ensure appropriate evaluation is conducted following each training event.
  • Responsible for the ongoing monitoring of process maps to document key procedures.
  • Consult with the Group Talent Manager in the ongoing development of Service Level
  • Agreements with consultants and investigate best practices for use with employees.
