SUMMARY:
A company based in Johannesburg North is seeking an energetic and passionate Executive PA / HR Manager to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric / Any tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar role

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Executive PA to one of the Managing Members
  • Recruitment
  • Drawing up of employee contracts
  • Performance Management
  • Responsible for matters related to employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Experience with worker’s compensation will be advantageous
  • General office administration
  • Quality management experience will be advantageous
  • Ad hoc travel and property management
  • Implementing Policies and Procedures
