SUMMARY:
A company based in Johannesburg North is seeking an energetic and passionate Executive PA / HR Manager to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric / Any tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar role

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Executive PA to one of the Managing Members
Recruitment
Drawing up of employee contracts
Performance Management
Responsible for matters related to employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Experience with worker’s compensation will be advantageous
General office administration
Quality management experience will be advantageous
Ad hoc travel and property management
Implementing Policies and Procedures
