JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to the Operations Manager of a manufacturing concern based in Modderfontein.

Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain personnel records
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, leave forms etc
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist the Operations Manager with any HR related tasks i.e. preparation of HR documents, organisational planning, policies and procedures etc.

Requirements

Proven work experience (min 2 years) as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Tertiary qualification in HR
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
