HR & payroll Administrator - Randburg, Dunkeld

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Minimum of 3 years experience working in HR (negotiable)
Professional Skills and Knowledge
Computer literacy is essential (Windows)
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent Administration skills
Highly Organized

Knowledge of:

Disciplinary Hearings and drafting of warnings
CCMA Representation
Development
WSP & ATR knowledge and experience
Would be advantageous if they have experience working with Learnerships
Basic knowledge of BCEA and LRA
Would be advantageous if knowledge of and/or experience working with Employment Equity and OHS
Experience working with payroll

Provident fund (only employer contributes 9.47% of basic salary pm) Subsidized medical aid Airtime Allowance Company pays for studies and/or courses relating to job
