An exciting opportunity is available for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team and provide essential administrative support across the full HR function.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle IR and disciplinary administration
Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding documentation
Support HR compliance and audit requirements
Assist with payroll administration and BCEA compliance
Support statutory reporting and legislative requirements
Maintain HR trackers, reports and training records

What We’re Looking For

HR qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ strong HR administration experience
Exposure to retail, FMCG, or Franchise environments required
Handle entire spectrum of Personnel Administration
Good knowledge of HR and IR processes
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, proactive and able to work well under pressure
