SUMMARY:
HR ADMINISTRATOR | 3-MONTH CONTRACT | BLACKHEATH
Are you an experienced HR Administrator with strong payroll exposure and ready to make an immediate impact?
Our client, a well-established company based in Blackheath, Western Cape, is looking for a hands-on HR Administrator to join their team on a 3-month contract, starting immediately.
This is a great opportunity for an HR candidate who enjoys a busy, varied role and has a strong understanding of both HR administration and payroll processes.

POSITION INFO:
ð¹Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing day-to-day HR administrative support
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assisting with employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Supporting the Payroll Manager with payroll-related administration (assisting not full payroll)
Capturing, checking and maintaining payroll information
Assisting with HR and payroll queries
Preparing reports and documentation
Providing general HR support to the team

ð¹ What we're looking for

3–5 years' HR administration experience
An HR qualification is advantageous, but not essential
Strong hands-on payroll experience is essential
Good understanding of HR processes and employee administration
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with strong administrative skills
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Good communication skills
Available to start immediately
