POSITION INFO:

HR Administrator - Delmas

Introduction

Our Client based in Delmas is looking for an administrator to assist with the day to day operations of the Human Resources department by providing clerical and administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a meticulous and updated employee filing system
Record all employee transactions
Assist with time and attendance administration
Engage in ad-hoc HR and Payroll administration duties when required
Run all HR reports
Provident fund, funeral fund and death benefit administration
Employment Equity Administration
Training, Skills and Development Administration

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications: Matric with a relevant administration qualification
Experience: 5 years experience in an administration role
Knowledge and Skills:

Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written skills in both Afrikaans and English
Strong administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong ability to co-ordinate and prioritise time requirements and workload
