HR / Administration assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Clientis looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our fun, fast growing and exciting business. This role will entail the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned to the business goals. To achieve this, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, training and development, performance management, as well as working closely with the business leaders to ensure overall HR requirements are in place and being met. Education & Qualifications : Grade 11 or 12 / Matric* / equivalent in Human Resources or equivalent* A relevant post-graduate qualification would be an added advantage Relevant Experience : HR experience* At least leadership (people management) experience* Proven track record of effective business partnership Skills & Competencies : Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
