HR ADMINISTRATOR (Contract position)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR ADMINISTRATOR (Contract position)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support for the hr team

Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentations

Manage and update hr databases

Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for hr policies and procedures

Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities

Assist in posting job ads internally / externally

Screen all applications received of vacancies

Update recruitment report on weekly basis

Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on- boarding, and training programs

Ad-hoc duties

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 (Matric) with HR qualification

Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least 3-4 years

Excellent communications skills

Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Sage 300 working experience

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Act as a reliable and supportive team member

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Must have an eye for detail
