SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with employee records, recruitment administration, HR reporting, compliance, meetings, events and general HR projects.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in HR
Minimum 3 years’ HR administration experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR legislation
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Proactive and reliable team player
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
Fluent in English
