POSITION INFO:
The role offers broad exposure across HR administration, payroll, statutory requirements, recruitment and employee processes.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

Assist with the payroll function for 600+ employees across multiple companies
Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, leave, job descriptions and employee records
Process statutory requirements, including EE, SDL, EMPs, WMC, ROE and SARS
Prepare and maintain HR and payroll reports
Assist with and manage Department of Labour audits
Administer Pension/Provident and Risk Funds
Assist with recruitment and selection processes
Coordinate onboarding and employee exit processes

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR/payroll experience
Practical experience with Sage 300 Payroll (Advantageous)
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Education

Relevant HR, payroll or related qualification would be advantageous
