SUMMARY:
We are looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team. The person will be responsible for providing effective workforce administrative and operational support by coordinating workforce planning, maintaining accurate employee and operational records

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

Relevant qualifications (Diploma in Humana resources, Business Administration, Operations management)
Experience within the security, cleaning, facilities management, contract services or similar multi-ste operational environment
Minimum of 5 year's experience in workforce, operations, payroll, employee administration or similar operational support role
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and sound working knowledge of MS Office suite
Experience using Velocity, Prof1t, SAP or similar workforce management and payroll systems
Experience working with workforce management, payroll, HRIS operational management systems
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of administrative information
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Working knowledge of workforce planning principles, payroll administration , labor legislation and client service level agreements (SLAs)

Key responsibility

Provide effective workforce administration and operational support
Coordinate workforce planning, maintaining accurate employee and operational records
Monitor workforce compliance , supporting payroll administration and producing workforce management reports
Provide efficient deployment of employees, compliance with client service level agreement, legislative requirements and company policies
Ensure workforce information is accurate, complete and maintained across operational systems
