JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client within the tourism industry is seeking German speaking Customer Service Agents.

Minimum Requirements:

Fluency in the German language
Matric or equivalent
Excellent command of the English language
Good verbal and communication skills
Good typing, analytical and time management skills
Ability to work shifts
Clear credit and criminal records
Immediately available

Responsibilities will include:

Responding to incoming calls

Following outlined process and leasing with relevant departments

Remaining up to date on campaign initiatives

Ensuring company and department objectives are met .
