The ideal candidate is responsible.

To manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contract roles.
Full cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and placing high quality candidates.
Build and manage candidate pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets.
