Human Resources Coordinator (3 to 6 Month Contract)

SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator provides operational HR support by coordinating recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure efficient HR service delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation and induction packs.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including promotions, transfers and exits.
• Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees.
• Assist with disciplinary processes, hearings and CCMA matters.
• Coordinate the performance management process.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, leave administration and payroll changes.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics and employment equity information.
• Administer company fleet documentation, vehicle licensing and fuel cards.
• Coordinate HR vendor payments and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies and HR best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or BCom in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field.
• Valid South African drivers licence.
• 3 to 5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll administration and employee relations.
• Exposure to disciplinary hearings and CCMA processes.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• PaySpace experience will be advantageous.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or business units.
