Estate Maintenance Technician x 2
Pretoria East
Market Related
My client in the East of Pretoria is urgently looking at appointing 2 suitable candidates in the abovementioned position

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have completed Grade 12
Must have a valid driver's license
5 or more years maintenance or related experience
Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
Manage pay wallet expenditure and finances
Understanding of Health and Safety
Physically fit and able to carry out the requirements of the role
The suitable incumbent will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
General maintenance and repairs of the HOA common property, equipment and facilities
Conduct daily and routine maintenance and repairs
Provide cost and estimates of material needed for repairs and maintenance projects
Document routine inspection and maintenance activities and report to Estate Manager
Conduct painting, carpentry like fixing door locks and doors, furniture fitting and pool maintenance, basic joinery, electrical, plumbing, welding, flooring, and outdoor landscaping
