GRAPHIC DESIGNER

SUMMARY:
To conceptualise, design and produce visually compelling creative assets that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention and brand positioning across the full range of 4Racing’s platforms.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs high-quality visual assets for campaigns, promotions, advertisements, display banners, landing pages, competitions, signage requirements, etc
• Creates compelling graphics for Meta platforms, Google Display Network, Programmatic campaigns
• Websites, Mobile applications, Email marketing, Affiliate marketing, In-platform gaming promotions
• Translates marketing briefs into visually engaging creative concepts
• Produces campaign artwork aligned to acquisition and retention objectives
• Designs motion graphics, animated banners and multimedia content
• Supports video editing and short-form promotional content creation
• Produces engaging visual content for digital and social platforms
• Maintains the consistency of visual identity across all 4Racing channels and campaigns
• Aligns all creative outputs with brand guidelines and tone
• Upholds premium visual standards across gaming and betting brands
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing teams, Paid media specialists, CRM teams, Product teams, Social media teams, Commercial stakeholders
• Participates in campaign brainstorming and concept development sessions
• Maintains organised digital asset libraries and design repositories
• Archives campaign artwork and creative assets
• Ensures proper version control of design materials
• Conducts research on emerging design trends and digital creative innovations
• Monitors competitor creative activity within betting and gaming industries

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Degree (NQF level 7) in Graphic Design / Visual Arts / Visual Communication / Multimedia Design / Communication Design / related field
• 4 – 5 years’ graphic design experience
• Experience in digital-first creative designs
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, multimedia work, motion graphics, advertising creative and social media design
  • Motion Graphics certification, Multimedia certification, Adobe Certified Professional certifications
  • Betting, gaming, casino, sports, entertainment or e-commerce industry experience Agency experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
