SUMMARY:
Salary:                   R15 000 per month
Area:                     Lonehill – Gauteng
 
Description of Position:
We are looking for a well groomed professional to run the reception point of our business.  Only applicants with extensive administration experience together with excellent telephonic skills will be considered.
 
Requirements:

  • Manage the switchboard.
  • Check voicemail and send telephone messages via email.
  • Get meeting rooms ready if there are any meetings.
  • Check and respond to emails & send online query responses.
  • Ensure the phone lines and internet is up and running smoothly.
  • Assist with stationery requirements.
  • Sign for client collections & parcel deliveries.
  • Assist with walk in clients card payments and client queries.
  • Assist with any courier related tasks and queries.
  • Assist staff with company service providers: Nedfleet, Euphoria, UPIT, Vodacom and Cannon enquiries.
  • All adhoc admin.
  • Balance the petty cash.
  • Book meetings (if any) in the reception calendar.
  • Send out birthday reminders (if any).
  • Print the Covid-19 screening report and ensure all who enter adhere to Covid-19 protocols.
  • Call and confirm the training attendees.
  • Print the training registers for the week ahead.
  • Book therapists for training in the training file.
  • Create training name badges.
  • Print training certificates.
  • Scan certificates and registers to the training databases.
  • Print and bind manuals for the trainers and the week ahead training.
  • Compile the monthly grocery & stationery lists.
  • Update travelling details (if any).
  • Update staff databases.
  • Update the UPIT schedule.
  • Reconcile the petty cash
  • Check the main printer ink cartridges and paper levels and place order with Cannon.
  • Get quotes for travel and accommodation (if any).
  • Print training dates/newsletters for the cleaning notice board.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance (battery quotes, booking services etc)
  • Assist with quotes for building maintenance, cleaning, plumbing, aircons, electrical.
  • Retrieve the printer usages for monthly meter readings.
