Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist (3 Months Contract)
Langlaagte, Gauteng
R 8 000 - R 15 000 CTC D.O.E

Our client is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Front Desk Administrator to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous reception or administration experience will be advantageous but is not essential
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a team
School leavers are encouraged to apply
Preference will be given to someone who can start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Welcome visitors and maintain a neat and professional reception area
Relay messages accurately via Microsoft Teams
Create purchase orders and sales orders on the company system
Assist the sales team with capturing sales orders
Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
Assist with quarterly stock takes
Obtain quotations for stationery and consumables
Provide administrative support to the HR department when required
Assist other departments with general administrative duties
