SUMMARY:
Our client based in Centurion is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent administrative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

As the role also involves assisting with client collections and handling equipment, the successful candidate should be physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving items when required.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Answer and manage the main switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Welcome and assist clients collecting orders.
Assist with the movement and collection of equipment and client orders when required.
Book courier collections and deliveries for client orders.
Maintain office supplies by monitoring stock levels and requesting replenishment when required.
Monitor and replenish kitchen and cleaning supplies.
Maintain employee sign-in and sign-out registers.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scanning, filing, photocopying, and distributing mail.
Assist management with various administrative duties as required.
Ensure the reception area and office environment remain organised and professional.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and systems.
Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and moving equipment and client orders when required.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
Candidates residing in Centurion will have a distinct advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:30
