An opportunity exists for an experienced FORKLIFT SALES & AFTERSALES SPECIALIST to join a growing industrial support operation servicing customers throughout the Mpumalanga Highveld region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage key customer accounts
• Promote aftermarket products, repairs, maintenance contracts and equipment solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Work closely with workshop and technical teams to ensure service excellence
• Conduct regular customer visits and equipment inspections
• Assist with machine replacement and upgrade opportunities
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM reports and sales forecasts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention 

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Technical or commercial qualification advantageous
• 5+ years experience within industrial equipment, forklifts, automotive, trucks, plant or capital equipment industries
• Previous aftermarket and customer support experience advantageous
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Experience with CRM systems advantageous
• Drivers licence essential
• Self-driven and customer focused
• Traceable & contactable references
• Local residency or relocation required
