An opportunity for an experienced REPAIR & AFTERSALES AGENT is required for permanent employment within the Mpumalanga Highveld Region.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Promote repairs, preventative maintenance and aftermarket solutions
- Follow up quotations and workshop jobs
- Identify opportunities for additional services and equipment support
- Coordinate service requirements between customers and technicians
- Assist with customer enquiries and breakdown support coordination
- Conduct customer visits and maintain regular call cycles
- Assist with contract renewals and customer retention initiatives
- Maintain CRM and customer records
- Support branch growth objectives
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Technical or sales qualification advantageous
- Previous aftermarket, workshop, service advisor or industrial sales experience advantageous
- Knowledge of forklifts, automotive, trucks, plant or industrial equipment beneficial
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Drivers licence essential
- Ability to travel within the region
- Traceable & contactable references
- Local residency or relocation required
