POSITION INFO:
A well-established company is seeking a Financial and Admin Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function, managing stock-related financial processes, and ensuring the smooth running of financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full finance function
Oversee stock control and stock-related financial processes
Perform monthly reconciliations and reporting
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Prepare management accounts and financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Support day-to-day administrative functions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.Com Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 1–3 years' relevant experience
Experience within a stock-driven environment is essential
Experience managing the full finance function
Strong financial and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
No management experience required
