About Our Client The company operates a service and maintenance branch. It features a department structured with a Managing Director, administrative staff, service coordination staff, workshop teams, and field service teams.

The Role: Service & Maintenance Admin Branch Manager The purpose of this role is to oversee the administrative, operational, and financial performance of the service and maintenance branch. The main focus areas include ensuring efficient job coordination, high-quality customer service, effective team leadership, and adherence to company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in service and maintenance administration, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Oversee the full service and maintenance job lifecycle from quotations, job allocation, and execution to invoicing and closure.

• Manage all branch administrative functions including job cards, service reports, documentation, and stock control.

• Monitor branch budgets, costs, revenue, margins, and profitability while reviewing and approving quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Handle customer escalations, resolve complaints, and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.

• Lead, manage, develop, and conduct regular performance reviews for administrative and service coordination staff.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, and quality standards while conducting audits.

• Conduct customer visits and over inspections of the on-site work.

About You

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in service and maintenance administration.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

• Experience in technical services.

• Strong leadership, people management, organizational, administrative, financial acumen, cost management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo, Ostendo, or similar.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, strong sense of accountability, ownership, customer-focused mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work in an office base with occasional overtime and customer visits.

• Valid driver''s license.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
