Financial Administrator â Durbanville

Finance / Administration
Full-time | On-site

With a focus on growing its residential property portfolio and protecting conservation and heritage spaces, the company continues to expand its footprint through innovation and purpose-driven growth.

They are seeking a meticulous and organised Financial Administrator to support their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of financial operations across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end processes.
Support the finance team with reporting, data capturing, and documentation.
Assist with financial queries and contribute to improving accounting processes.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping (advantageous).
Proven experience in a financial administration or accounting role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and accounting systems.
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
