R18 000 – R25 000 CTC per month (experience dependant)

Overview
Family run, commercial property management company requires the skills of an experienced bookkeeper/ administrator who is looking for a long-term career with the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:
Admin or finance related qualification
6 or more years accounting/ bookkeeping and administration experience
Previous experience within the commercial property management sector would be advantageous
Previous experience working with Pastel

Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance:
Debtors, creditors, reconciliations, cashbook and reporting on Excel
Admin Support:
General assistance with office park management, IE: management and arrangements for: general maintenance, cleaning, security
Resolving tenant enquiries
Provide support to the GM
