Finance Supervisor

POSITION INFO:

Oversee and manage the full month‑end general ledger close
Review and approve reconciliations, journals, and intercompany transactions
Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management accounts
Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants to ensure consistent, high‑quality output
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and resolve audit‑related queries
Strengthen financial controls and drive improvements across processes and systems

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of finance experience (legal or financial services experience not required)
Solid technical knowledge in:
General ledger close processes
Reconciliation review and accuracy checks
Preparation of management accounts
Reviewing journals and intercompany balances
Managing and responding to audit queries
Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a finance team

Qualification:
Completed BCom degree
CIMA or ACCA qualification (completed or in final stages)
