SUMMARY:
Join a Manufacturing team as a Finance Administrator in the Western Cape!

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will be responsible for daily office administration and filing, purchase order creation and finalisation, capturing debtor transactions, and maintaining cashflow and payment tracking spreadsheets. Additional responsibilities include processing logistics-related costs, updating exchange rates and bank statements, assisting with audit preparation, and ensuring all financial documentation is correctly recorded and archived. Your expertise in financial administration and data capturing will be essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and streamlined administrative processes.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years’ experience and proven expertise in financial administration within a manufacturing or similar environment. You should have Matric and a Diploma or Certificates in Finance. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in ERP systems, and solid knowledge of financial processes such as debtors, creditors, and reconciliations are required.
