Finance Administrator – Kraaifontein
Retail
Full-time | On-site
Our client is a growing retail business seeking a Finance Administrator to join their Finance team. The role will focus on accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, stock-related queries and general finance administration across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities

Process and reconcile retail store transactions, GRVs, credit notes and stock-related queries.
Complete daily reconciliations per branch and resolve discrepancies.
Process retail banking, nominal payments and bank charges.
Perform cashbook reconciliations for retail store bank accounts and cash vaults.
Investigate discrepancies and identify potential financial risks or losses.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are correctly processed and allocated.
Assist with financial audits and stock takes.
Follow up on outstanding queries and communicate with stores, suppliers and internal departments.
Identify opportunities to improve and simplify finance processes.
Provide general finance and administrative support as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a finance administration or similar role.
Strong reconciliation and transaction-processing experience.
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and financial systems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
