SUMMARY:
The Senior Factory Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate factory records, capturing and analysing production data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support. This role is vital in driving operational efficiency and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory

1. Capture & maintain factory and inventory records
2. Utilize ERP system for administration
3. Utilize ERP for inventory management
4. Investigate & resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP system data

5. Assist with quarterly stock counts
6. Process stock write offs and conduct related investigation/s

Data Administration

1. Perform data analysis to support operational decisions
2. Compile Excel reports to track performance across departments
3. Collaborate with production & procurement teams on reporting and planning
4. Investigate Work In Progress (WIP) variances

Bookkeeping

1. Assist with basic bookkeeping & cost tracking
2. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Processes and internal financial controls

REQUIREMENTS

1. Tertiary qualification in Finance/Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing or Logistics
2. 5+ Years experience in a similiar role in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
3. Advanced MS Excel skills - Pivot Tables, VLookUp & Data Analysis
4. Good understanding of Supply Chain Operations
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to work with complex data
