Senior Factory Administrator

SUMMARY:
The Senior Factory Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate factory records, capturing and analyzing production data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support

POSITION INFO:

• 8–10 years’ experience in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Syspro) and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations.
• Previous bookkeeping experience and/or a financial qualification advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with complex data.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Accurately capture and maintain factory and inventory records.
• Perform regular data analysis to support operational decisions.
• Utilise Syspro ERP for administration and inventory management.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and Syspro data.
• Assist with quarterly stock counts.
• Compile Excel reports and track performance across departments.
• Ensure compliance with supply chain processes and internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams on reporting and planning.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and cost tracking.
• Process stock write-offs and conduct related investigations.
• Investigate Work in Progress (WIP) variances.
