Lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital skills programs using a hybrid mix of virtual and in-person instruction. You will foster an engaging, learner-centered environment while ensuring all training content and progress track perfectly against national accreditation standards.

POSITION INFO:
Mindworx is looking for a Facilitator (Blended Learning) to deliver high-impact training that bridges the digital skills gap and transforms careers across South Africa.
In this full-time role, you will lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital skills programs using a hybrid mix of virtual and in-person instruction. You will foster an engaging, learner-centered environment while ensuring all training content and progress track perfectly against national accreditation standards.
The Tech Stack Deep-Dive
Must-Haves:

• Training Environments: Blended learning methodologies, virtual/online classrooms, and extensive use of LMS software.
• Core Domains: Solid grounding or academic background in at least one key digital pillar: Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Software Development, or Data Science.
• Compliance Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of QCTO and SETA accreditation processes, requirements, and standards.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in education/digital training, backed by proven digital skills facilitation experience.

• Accreditations: Registered QCTO and SETA constituent assessor/moderator status.
• Technical Certifications: International credentials such as Java, Python, AWS, Azure, or RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.

• Blended Facilitation: Deliver interactive, modern training sessions on critical digital skills, maximizing engagement across both physical and digital tools.
• Curriculum Alignment: Collaborate on updating course content to match modern industry trends while strictly maintaining compliance with SETA and QCTO frameworks.
• Assessment & Tracking: Conduct routine learner assessments, provide constructive feedback, and meticulously track individual competence development.
• Quality Assurance: Own the continuous improvement loop by preparing necessary documentation, managing reporting requirements, and priming programs for audits and site visits.
